Key Responsibilities

Install, assemble, commission, repair, and maintain industrial machinery and related equipment.

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshoot equipment failures, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.

Provide remote and on-site technical support to customers in a timely and professional manner.

Conduct machine inspections, safety checks, calibration, and performance evaluations according to established procedures.

Prepare service reports, document technical issues, identify recurring failures, and recommend equipment and quality improvements.

Identify required spare parts, submit replacement requests, and report components showing wear or potential failure.

Coordinate with technical teams in Mexico and China, as well as distributors and service partners.

Participate in equipment installations, commissioning, repairs, technical training, and exhibition preparation at different locations throughout Mexico and, when required, internationally.

Education

Bachelor's degree or technical qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Electromechanics, Automation, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.

Candidates with equivalent technical training and substantial relevant industry experience may also be considered.

Professional Experience

Experience in after-sales technical service, industrial machinery maintenance, installation, or commissioning.

Experience in one or both injection molding machines and auxiliary equipment,



die casting machines and related equipment.

Experience troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and control systems.

Technical Knowledge

Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, electrical diagrams, and hydraulic schematics.

Knowledge of industrial machinery troubleshooting, maintenance tools, and measuring equipment.

Familiarity with industrial control systems and equipment calibration.

Language Skills

English: Working proficiency for technical communication and coordination with international teams.

Additional Requirements

Willingness and availability to travel throughout Mexico and occasionally internationally, including overnight trips.

Ability to perform hands-on installation, maintenance, and repair activities at customer sites.
