The on-site role drives NPI ramps, yield improvements, and production excellence from development through high-volume manufacturing. Based in Guadalajara, the engineer will lead factory readiness, triage issues on the shop floor, and coordinate with contract manufacturers and suppliers to ensure successful ramps
