Assistant Plant Controller

Matehuala, San Luis Potosí | On-site A multinational manufacturing company is looking for an Assistant Plant Controller for its Matehuala plant. We need someone analytical who doesn't stop at the report: someone who reviews the numbers, spots what doesn't add up, and gets to the root cause.

Responsibilities

- Review results for reasonableness, identify questionable variances, and investigate root causes.

- Prepare weekly and monthly plant performance analysis, including production and plant loss reporting.

- Prepare weekly and monthly cost analysis for areas such as maintenance and transportation.

- Support plant planning processes with variance analysis and commentary.

- Support plant budgeting and forecasting.

- Monitor compliance with procedures and internal controls related to plant operations.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

- Minimum 4 years of related experience, including at least 1 year in a similar role.

- Experience with JD Edwards. SAP FICO is a plus.

- Advanced English.

- Strong analytical skills.

- Open to candidates willing to relocate to Matehuala.
