Overview:

As an Assistant General Manager of a Papa John’s restaurant, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring high standards of customer service, quality food production, and profitability. You will lead a team to create a positive work environment while driving sales and maintaining the brand’s reputation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Leadership & Team Management:

- Recruit, train, and develop team members, fostering a culture of teamwork and accountability.
- Schedule staff to optimize labor costs and ensure adequate coverage during peak hours.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.

- Operational Excellence:

- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring compliance with company policies, health regulations, and safety standards.
- Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control to minimize waste and maximize profitability.
- Implement and maintain quality assurance standards for food preparation and customer service.

- Customer Service:

- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through prompt service and quality products.
- Address customer complaints and feedback promptly and professionally.
- Promote a welcoming and positive dining environment.

- Financial Management:

- Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Drive sales through effective marketing strategies and community engagement.

- Brand Standards:





- Uphold and promote Papa John’s brand values and standards.
- Implement local marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness and customer loyalty.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in business management or hospitality preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of restaurant management experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work adaptable hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficient in financial management and POS systems.

Salary range is $37-47k/year (+ bonus which varies by location and store performance)
