Blacksmith Agency is building an AI automation layer into every part of how we work. As Automation Engineer at Blacksmith, you own and ship our internal automation roadmap. This is a builder role, not a research role.
You will not be training models, you will be building production systems on top of them. You will collaborate with engineering and delivery leadership to turn a documented automation roadmap into shipped, working systems, leveraging LangChain, LangGraph and related tools.
