About the Program A university internship programme is open to students seeking practical experience, professional development and the opportunity to contribute to projects across business and science-related functions.

The programme combines structured development with hands-on projects, helping interns build technical and interpersonal skills while working with cross-functional teams in a science-driven consumer health environment.

Available Areas

Finance

- Support financial analysis and monitoring of business profit and loss.
- Work with Marketing and Sales teams to inform business decisions and support growth.

Commercial – Category Management

- Analyse consumer behaviour, market trends and sales performance.
- Identify opportunities to improve product assortment and the shopping experience.
- Support category strategies and sustainable business growth.

Research & Development (R&D;) – Regulatory Affairs





- Support regulatory activities involving health authorities and industry organisations.
- Contribute to regulatory compliance, risk assessment and product approval processes.
- Collaborate with R&D;, Quality, Marketing, Supply Chain and Medical Affairs teams.
- Help assess regulatory changes and their impact on new and existing products.

Requirements
- Currently enrolled at a university, with an expected graduation date between July and December 2028.
- Available to work 30 hours per week.
- Able to follow the hybrid schedule of 2 days onsite and 3 days working remotely in Mexico City.
- Intermediate English proficiency.
- Intermediate Excel skills are an advantage.
