At Randstad Professional, we support various companies in locating C-LEVEL executives. On this occasion, we are looking for a financial leader with strategic vision and execution capabilities to institutionalize and safeguard administrative and financial operations.

This role is critical to ensuring financial stability, the profitability of government projects, and the mitigation of tax and legal risks, reporting directly to the General Management.

On this occasion, we are looking for a financial leader with strategic vision and execution capabilities to institutionalize and safeguard administrative and financial operations. This role is critical to ensuring financial stability, the profitability of government projects, and the mitigation of tax and legal risks, reporting directly to the General Management.

Strategic Responsibilities: Corporate Governance Management: Implement robust administrative controls and lead institutionalization processes.

Financial and Tax Control: Design fiscal and legal safeguards; oversee total regulatory compliance.

Government Projects: Comprehensive contract management and analysis of real profitability per project.

Structuring and Improvement: Redesign of critical processes, organizational restructuring of the department, and optimization of ERP systems.

Cash Flow and Treasury: Daily supervision of cash flow, active banking relationships, and financing strategies.

Required Profile: Education: Bachelor's degree in Administration, Finance, Actuarial Science, or Economics (Master's/MBA preferred).

Experience: 7 years in financial and administrative leadership positions; at least 3 years in the Technology sector.

Hard Skills: ERP: Advanced experience in robust management systems.

Tax Environment: Deep knowledge of the Mexican legal and fiscal framework.

Soft Skills: Transformational leadership, high analytical capacity, and executive communication.
