About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and curious Data Analyst to join our Data Insights & Analytics Lab. In this role, you will transform raw data into actionable insights that support strategic decision-making across the business. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze trends, build dashboards, and support data science initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

· Extract, clean, and analyze data using SQL and other tools to uncover trends and business opportunities.

· Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that drive data-informed decisions.

· Support data science projects by preparing datasets, prototyping models, and validating outputs.

· Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand data needs and deliver tailored solutions.

· Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance across all deliverables.

· Communicate insights clearly through visualizations and presentations.

Required Skills & Experience:

· Technical Skills:

o Proficiency in SQL and working with relational databases.

o Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas and pivot tables.

o Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.





o Understanding of data cleaning, transformation, and preparation techniques.

· Soft Skills:

o Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.

o Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain data insights to non-technical audiences.

o Collaborative mindset and ability to work across teams and functions.

o Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn new tools and techniques.

· Preferred Experience:

o Familiarity with Python or R for data analysis is a plus.

o Exposure to cloud-based data platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP) is advantageous.

o Experience with A/B testing, experimentation frameworks, or causal inference techniques.

o Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies in a data or analytics environment.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Finance, Economics, or a related field.

· 3–7 years of experience in data analysis or a related role.

· Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate, Certified Analytics Professional (CAP)) are a plus.
