Provide our Sales Force with direct support and guidance to grow their businesses; conduct monthly performance reviews; share key metrics and business insights; and support them in their leadership responsibilities by maintaining strategic communication tailored to their needs. Review the performance of their areas, identify performance trends, and recommend improvement actions focused on identified Units. Encourage growth through recognition programs.
Responsabilities
Support, prepare, and analyze information for Recognition Programs. Follow up with Emeritus sales force directors and Future Emeritus directors. Analyze Areas performance information. Prepare special reports for directors on their Area’s performance and hold meetings with them to share information and define improvement actions.
Communicate with sales force directors to provide solutions and support for special requests, serving as the liaison with functional areas and assigning cases through the System as needed, while ensuring appropriate follow-up to close cases successfully.
Analyze and organize Area Review Meetings to assess performance and identify key improvement actions. Support sales force directors with special travel, Scholar Week, and the Council; provide information to MK USA and the Latin America Region; and coordinate event communications for ransportation, NSD host hotels, and activities at MK events.
Follow up with directors candidate throughout the seven-month qualification process through calls and meetings, and support new directors for staff in Mexico and MK USA.
Follow up on sales force directors preferences and details to create special experiences during MK events; oversee gifts and Hospitality arrangements before and during events.
Send information on new Area directors in qualification to enable stronger follow-up, increase the number of new Directors, and achieve international targets.
Skills & Experience
Experience: +5 years in direct selling companies.
Education: Bachelor/University - Business Admin, Comms or related field.
Language: Fluent reading, writing, and speaking in English.
