About the role:

We are looking for bookkeepers to join our team. The idóneo candidate should have experience in accounting with at least one year U.S. exposure in nonprofit accounting, possess a strong command of English, and be able to work independently while collaborating with the team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform bookkeeping functions following U.S. rules.

- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and accounting reporting standards.

- Reconcile bank statements and oversee accounts payable/receivable, and donation platforms.

- Utilize accounting software and maintain accurate records, in specific Quickbooks Online and Quickbooks Desktop.

- Communicate with clients as needed to ensure all information is timely received.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.

- At least





2 years of experience in an accounting position

- 1 year of exposure with

U.S. CPA firm

.

- Proficiency in accounting software Quickbooks (Desktop and Online), Microsoft Office 365, and MS Teams.

- High level of English proficiency (written and spoken).

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.

- Ability to comprehend and address client requests and questions.

- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
