One of our clients seeking for Senior Support Developer position at [Hybrid /Actipan, Benito Juárez, 03230 Ciudad de México].
Required Experience: 7-10 years in application support, SRE, or platform engineering, with strong incident management and customer-facing skills.
Technical Skills: API troubleshooting, Kubernetes/container logs, APM and distributed tracing (preferably Dynatrace), and basic Python or Node.js.
AI Platform Knowledge: Understanding of LLMs, tokens, embeddings, guardrails, and AI workflows; ability to debug production issues and elevate effectively.
Documentation & Nice-to-Haves: Write incident reports, SOPs, and technical documentation; familiarity with LiteLLM, Temporal, Kafka, AWS Bedrock/EKS, Harness, SSO, Cursor, and MCP tools.
