Descripción Lead Internal Control governance and ensure compliance with ICFR requirements across the Americas.
Perform control assessments, testing, and follow-up on remediation actions.
Identify risks and control gaps, driving process improvements and mitigation initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen governance and enhance controls.
Perfil buscado Min 5-6 years of experience in roles of internal control or audits.
Solid knowledge of internal control, risk management, and financial processes.
Advanced level of english.
Background experience in GBS/SSC is preferred.
Previous experience at a Big Four is preferred.
