About the Role

We are looking for a bilingual Client Services & Operations Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of our brokerage, including personal and commercial accounts.

This position involves client servicing, policy administration, carrier communications, renewals, account retention, and general operational support.

The ideal candidate is dependable, demonstrates strong attention to detail, communicates proactively, and takes ownership of responsibilities without requiring constant supervision.

This is a fully remote position for candidates based in San Pedro Garza García, Monterrey, or the surrounding metropolitan area.

Key Responsibilities

Client Services & Account Management

- Support personal and commercial client accounts across multiple insurance carriers.
- Monitor carrier portals, emails, policy notices, and account activity.
- Review cancellation reports, returned payments, pending cancellations, and nonrenewals.
- Proactively contact clients regarding outstanding payments, upcoming renewals, and policy requirements.
- Assist with policy changes, endorsements, reinstatements, certificates of insurance, and other servicing requests.




- Maintain accurate client records and policy documentation.
- Identify potential coverage interruptions and escalate urgent matters promptly.

Brokerage Operations

- Coordinate with insurance carriers, MGAs, wholesale brokers, underwriters, and internal team members.
- Support insurance agents with applications, submissions, quotations, and supporting documentation.
- Prepare and maintain renewal reports, cancellation trackers, and outstanding task lists.
- Follow up on pending documentation and carrier requests.
- Support client retention initiatives and identify opportunities for additional coverage reviews.
- Assist with administrative and operational responsibilities across the brokerage.

Communication & Coordination
- Communicate professionally with clients and business partners in English and Spanish.
- Respond promptly to inquiries and coordinate follow-ups.
- Provide regular updates to agency leadership regarding outstanding matters.
- Take initiative in identifying issues and ensuring responsibilities are completed accurately and on time.

Qualifications

- Previous experience in an insurance agency, brokerage, or financial services environment strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with personal and commercial insurance products and policy servicing.
- Professional proficiency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken, is required.
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote environment.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel,



and other business applications.
- Experience with insurance carrier portals and agency management systems is a plus.
- Familiarity with EZLynx, Applied Epic, Salesforce, or similar platforms is preferred but not required.
