* Provides training and guidance to site employees, supervisors and managers on programs, systems and interpretation and application of HR policies and procures
* Manages Employee Relations issues/investigations and assists with workplace concerns or risks for night shift workforce




* Impacts business initiatives and decision making by highlighting trends and opportunities for improvements through data analysis and presentation of data analytics
* Establishes and develops relationships at all levels of the organization by interacting with workforce on a consistent basis
* Attends regularly scheduled meetings to collaborate with HR Team to deliver on HR strategies and actions to support the growth and profitability of the site## ## The experience we’re looking to add to our team:##
* Requires a bachelor’s degree or its equivalent in education and experience in a Human Resource related function..
* 3
- 5 years of Human Resources Generalist or related experience.
* Employee Relations experience required.
* Must be available to work second shift.* Demonstrated advanced experience and skills associated with performing HR functions.
* Ability to provide on-site support.
* Experience working in a manufacturing environment strongly preferred.
* Excel & PowerPoint experience; Intermediate level required
- advanced proficiency a plus.
