Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing, Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, or a related
+3 years in manufacturing engineering, quality engineering, process engineering
Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.
Experience with PFMEA, Control Plans, Process Flows, SPC, and problem-solving tools.
Strong communication, leadership, and project management skills.
Prevention and continuous-improvement mindset
Red X, Six Sigma minimum Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
Bilingual Spanish – English
