As an NPI Quality Engineer, you will ensure Quality System compliance across all new projects. You will be responsible for translating, deploying, and reviewing customer quality requirements to guarantee flawless execution in our manufacturing processes.

Key responsibilities:

- NPI & customer quality: Ensure customer requirements are understood, deployed, and met during the New Product Introduction phase.
- Process containment & resolution: Contain process anomalies, prevent quality instability, and reduce rework.
- Quality engineering tools: Apply core tools (PFMEA, Control Plans, 8Ds, RCA / fishbone diagrams, and poka-yoke) to implement permanent corrective actions.
- Continuous improvement:



Proactively identify and drive opportunities for process and quality optimization.
- Compliance: Monitor adherence to company SOPs, corporate QAPs, and applicable environmental and safety regulations.

Requirements & qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical field.
- Advanced english.
- +5 years of experience in NPI quality engineering within a manufacturing environment.
- Metal Transformation & Soft Tooling Expertise (Required): Strong technical experience in sheet metal fabrication and metal transformation processes.
- Hands-on knowledge of soft tool manufacturing processes, including bending, punching, and cutting/stamping.
- Advanced proficiency in Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T;).
- Technical & System Skills: In-depth mastery of Quality Core Tools (PFMEA, control plan, 8Ds, RCA, Poka-Yoke).
- Experience with PLM/Quality management tools (e.g., Agile, CCNs, SOPs).
- Soft Skills & Competencies: High sense of urgency and ability to work under pressure, strong leadership, analytical thinking, and troubleshooting skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills.
