Create high-quality, stylized 3D charactermodels and textures

Develop low poly models suitable for gameenvironments

Hand-paint textures without relying on PBRtechniques

Adhere to and replicate the specific artstyle associated with our video games

Collaborate with the art team to maintainconsistency across characters

Optimize 3D models and textures for gameperformance

Participate in the art review process anditerate based on feedback

Stay updated on industry trends in stylized3D character creation

Ruirements and Skills

Proficiency in 3D Studio Max for modeling andtexturing

Expert-level skills in hand-painting textures

Strong understanding of low poly modelingtechniques

Experience in creating game-ready 3D assets

Solid grasp of anatomy, proportion, andcharacter design principles

Excellent eye for color, form, and detail instylized art





Ability to work efficiently and meetdeadlines

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working on video gamesdevelopment’s art

Familiarity with character design and artdirection

Knowledge of animation principles and riggingbasics

Experience with other 3D software packages(e.g., Maya, Blender)

Understanding of game engine limitations andoptimization techniques
