Responsibilities Lead the operational execution of the project portfolio.
Manage the packaging validation process in coordination with ICQA and operational areas.
Build and maintain KPI tracking dashboards: economic savings (USD), reduction of plastic (tons), reduction of carbon footprint (CO₂ eq).
Coordinate key project stakeholders (Sustainability, MTM, ICQA, suppliers).
Manage the commercial and operational relationship with Packaging suppliers.
Evaluate and document operational and quality standards for the implementation of the projects.
Identify opportunities to expand the initial scope of the project.
Regularly report progress, risks, and opportunities to Sustainability and top management.
5+ years of experience in managing operational projects, supply chain, or packaging.
Experience in data analysis: building metrics, tracking reports and presentation of results to stakeholders.
Knowledge of packaging processes, quality standards and/or operational validation.
Ability to work with multiple stakeholders in complex organizations.
