Key Responsibilities

- Manage and support the end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process, from purchase requisitions and purchase order creation through invoice processing and payment follow-up.
- Create, review, and monitor Purchase Orders (POs) and requisitions, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and adherence to established procedures.
- Partner with suppliers and internal teams to resolve issues related to purchase orders, invoices, payments, discrepancies, and exceptions.
- Monitor procurement transactions, operational metrics, and service levels to identify issues, trends, and opportunities to improve process efficiency.
- Analyze procurement data and develop actionable insights to support operational decision-making and process optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional and international teams to resolve operational issues, provide solutions, and ensure consistent execution across global regions.
- Lead and facilitate international workshops, meetings, and working sessions related to procurement processes, systems, and operational improvements.
- Prepare clear business communications, reports, and presentations to support operational alignment and decision-making.
- Support change management and user adoption initiatives, including KPI tracking and analysis.
- Identify and implement opportunities to simplify processes, improve efficiency, enhance controls, and strengthen the overall stakeholder experience.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies, procedures, internal controls, and applicable business requirements.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and trusted partner for procurement operations, providing guidance and support on complex P2P-related matters.
- Perform bidding processes and RFP/RFQs

Requirements

- Experience: 4+ years of experience in INDIRECT procurement operations, P2P,



purchasing, or program management.
- English: Professional fluency in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate with integral teams and participate in international workshops.
- Portuguese: Professional fluency in Portuguese, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate and support FedEx Operations in Brazil.
- Technical &
- Analytics:

Experience with Power BI/Tableau, advanced Excel, workflow automation tools such as Power Automate/APIs, and AI productivity tools.
- Communication &
- Collaboration: Strong communication, presentation, workshop facilitation, and stakeholder management skills across cross-functional and global teams.
- Change &
- Continuous Improvement: Experience supporting user adoption, KPI tracking, process optimization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Procurement &
- P2P Expertise: Strong knowledge of the end-to-end Procure-to-Pay cycle, including requisitions, purchase orders, invoices, payments, supplier management, and operational controls.
- Operational Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes, resolve operational issues, and implement effective solutions.
- Organization &
- Execution: Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, international environment.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working within a Global Business Services (GBS), Shared Services, or multinational organization.
- Knowledge of procurement governance, internal controls, compliance, and operational performance management.
- Experience supporting global transformation, automation, process improvement, or change management initiatives.
- Experience working with global procurement operations and stakeholders across multiple regions.
