Plant Quality Manager

Location: Tetla, Tlaxcala, Mexico.

What are your main tasks?

- Responsible for the coordination of plant quality.
- Ensure that the quality management system conforms to the requirements of IATF and Specific Requirements of Customers, Management Representative.
- Manage first, second, and third-party audits.
- Assume PSCR responsibility.
- Implement problem-solving methodologies to prevent failures and optimize operations.
- Comply with indicators in their area and carry out actions to improve them.
- Foster a collaborative environment where the whole team contributes ideas for improvement.

What are your qualifications?





- Experience in the Automotive Industry.
- Automotive interior expertise.
- Experience in Cutting and Sewing, Plastic Injection, Foaming, Painting, Stamping, Assemblies processes.
- Core tools.
- IATF 16949 Lead Auditor / VDA 6.3 Process Auditor
- PSCR.
- Customer-Specific Requirements.
- Customer portals.
- In-House Instructor
- SAP Knowledge
- Troubleshooting tools.
- Leadership.
- Sense of urgency.
- Industrial Engineer, Mechanical Engineer and/or related.
- Results-oriented, customer-oriented, communication skills, teamwork, leadership, personnel management, negotiation techniques, emotional intelligence, critical thinking.
- English language proficiency (business conversation), German desirable
