Key Responsibilities

Qualifications and Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Primary Education, Elementary Education, Education, Pedagogy, or a related field.
- Professional degree and license (título y cédula competente) preferred, particularly in Primary or Elementary Education.
- Minimum of two years of teaching experience in a primary school setting.
- Advanced English proficiency, with the ability to deliver instruction and communicate effectively in English.
- Experience in lesson planning, formative assessment, differentiated instruction,



and active learning methodologies.
- Strong classroom management, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in educational technology and digital learning tools.
