*Industrial, Mechanical / Electromechanical Engineering.
*Projects Launch experience.
*Process Flow Chart and PFMEA, APQP.
*Feasibility study, BOM's, Cycle Time, RR.
*Preparation of the process task (Production Capacity, Plant Lay out, Feasibility study)reparation and collecting Pre-Serial, and Serial Documentation.
*Following OPL and Time Schedule with suppliers.
*Creation of samples to check Machine Poka-yoke (Rabit, golden, Dummies, etc.).
*Responsible for FOT Sampling.
*Dimensional report analysis and Tools/Machines adjustment.
*Pre acceptance of equipment.
*Sampling and coordination with suppliers and customers.
*Production process and product release.
*BOM Creation in local format.
*Mold tool corrections.
*GD&T;, VSM, Visual Management, SMED, 8D's problem solving.
*Auto-Cad, Solidworks.
*Microsoft office package.
*English 80%
