? The mission

Lead our plant’s production and get it ready for the next stage of growth. You’ll plan and deliver the production schedule, raise performance on every line and shift, and build a team of supervisors and operators who own their results. You’ll work shoulder to shoulder with Quality, Warehouse and Purchasing to build a culture of discipline and continuous improvement.

What you’ll own

? Weekly and monthly production planning, balancing capacity, materials and changing customer demand

? Production KPIs: plan compliance, efficiency, waste and quality, with fast action on every deviation

? Leading, coaching and growing Production Facilitators and the plant’s operating team

? Daily coordination with Quality, Warehouse, Purchasing and suppliers to protect the plan





? Food safety and GMP compliance on the production floor, side by side with Quality

? Continuous‑improvement and capacity projects that cut waste, downtime and cost

? Production data and reporting in NetSuite, plus team execution in Asana, Rhythm and Quality Web

What you bring

✅ Degree in Industrial, Food, Chemical or Mechanical Engineering, or a related field

✅ 7+ years of professional experience, including 3+ leading production in a manufacturing plant (food and beverage strongly preferred)

✅ Hands‑on experience leading teams that include both supervisors and operators

✅ A proven track record improving production KPIs, with numbers to show for it

✅ Solid command of production planning, lean/continuous improvement and GMP

✅ Hands‑on ERP experience (NetSuite preferred)

⭐ Plus: experience at international companies and with customer or GFSI audits (FSSC 22000, HACCP)
