Green Attic is hiring a Project Estimator who knows residential construction in the US market and can produce accurate, profitable estimates without hand-holding.

This is not a role for someone who only plugs numbers into a spreadsheet. We want someone who understands how residential jobs are built, can catch scope gaps before they become problems, and can help protect margin through accurate estimating.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

- Prepare accurate estimates for residential construction projects
- Review plans, photos, scopes, and field notes
- Perform takeoffs and develop labor and material pricing
- Request, compare, and organize vendor and subcontractor quotes
- Identify scope gaps, missing items, change risks, and pricing mistakes
- Coordinate with sales, operations, and management
- Maintain organized estimate files and revision history
- Help improve estimate accuracy and job profitability

What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of estimating experience
- Residential construction estimating experience
- US construction experience strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of residential methods, materials, labor, and sequencing
- Ability to read plans, scopes, and project documents clearly
- Experience with takeoffs, spreadsheets, and bid preparation
- Strong written and spoken English
- Highly organized, accountable, fast, and detail-driven
- Degree in Architecture,



Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or similar is a plus
