We are looking for a Collab Manager in Mexico to join Collabify. We want someone organized, proactive, and a strong communicator to run UGC and influencer marketing campaigns. You will be the dedicated account executive for a new fintech client: you will run their creator campaigns end to end and be their point of contact at Collabify. What you will do Scout and select creators aligned with each campaign's goals and briefs Run UGC and influencer campaigns end to end: kickoff, follow-up, deliverables, revisions, publishing, and close Stay in direct contact with creators and influencers Write and refine clear, actionable briefs Review content and give creators feedback so brand guidelines are met Communicate with clients and keep them updated Prepare progress, results, learnings,



and recommendation reports Unblock issues that come up while a campaign is running What we look for Prior experience in UGC, influencer marketing, creator marketing, digital agencies, or project management is a plus Strong organization and attention to detail Ability to juggle several campaigns, creators, and deadlines at once Clear communication, reliable follow-up, and comfort solving problems Ability to write briefs and give creators useful feedback Results-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-moving startup Fintech experience is a big plus Setup Location: Mexico Employment type: Full-time #J-18808-Ljbffr
