Location: Puerto Interior, Parque Industrial Santa Fe IV, Mexico Responsibilities Design and optimize optical systems for automotive headlamps, tail lamps, reflectors, lenses, and light guides. Perform optical simulation, photometric analysis, and light-distribution optimization. Validate optical performance through physical measurements and laboratory testing. Collaborate with mechanical design, manufacturing, tooling, and quality teams. Support prototype development, product validation, and production troubleshooting. Required Skills 3–5 years of automotive exterior lighting experience. Lucid Shape, Ansys Speos, Zemax, or equivalent optical simulation software. Optical design involving reflectors, lenses, light guides, or thick-wall optics. Geometric optics, photometry, and light-distribution analysis. Knowledge of automotive lighting photometric requirements.



Bachelor's or Master's degree in Optical Engineering, Physics, Photonics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. Preferred: CATIA, Siemens NX, Solid Works, physical lamp testing, ECE/SAE/FMVSS/CCC regulations, and injection-molded optical components. Benefits: No Benefits its a contract role.
