“We are not looking for someone who worked in a TPM environment. We are looking for someone who built one.” ABOUT THE ROLE At Siemens, we are looking for a Production Systems Architect to design, deploy, and sustain a world-class TPM operating system that strengthens equipment reliability, OEE performance, and continuous improvement culture. THE MISSION This role is for a true system builder: someone who can turn equipment losses into Kaizen opportunities, establish TPM governance, develop operators through Autonomous Maintenance, and create sustainable manufacturing excellence systems. If you built the system, we want to talk to you. Equal Employment Opportunity Statement Siemens is an Equal Opportunity and Aff?
