Azure Red Hat Open Shift / Linux Senior Architect (15+ Years Experience) Join Our Team We are seeking an experienced Azure Red Hat Open Shift / Linux Senior Architect with 15+ years of experience in enterprise infrastructure, container platforms, Linux administration, and cloud-native technologies. This role combines deep technical expertise with customer advisory responsibilities to help organizations optimize, modernize, and secure their Open Shift environments. Key Responsibilities Serve as a trusted advisor across Open Shift, Linux Administration, Identity, and Security . Deliver technical workshops, knowledge-transfer sessions, and customer enablement activities. Assess platform health, configuration, performance, resiliency, security posture, and operational readiness. Troubleshoot complex issues through telemetry, log analysis, and root-cause investigations. Develop prioritized remediation and optimization recommendations based on technical findings and business impact. Support migrations, deployments, modernization initiatives, adoption programs, and service lifecycle management activities. Collaborate with engineering, delivery, security, and business teams to achieve customer success. Mandatory Qualifications 15+ years of experience in Linux administration, platform engineering, cloud infrastructure, or related technologies. Advanced English communication skills with technical and business stakeholders. Experience in consulting or customer-facing technical roles. Proven ability to deliver technical workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer activities. Hands-on expertise in: Open Shift Kubernetes Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) Containers Docker Helm CI/CD Networking Monitoring Automation Experience with Linux administration and containerized environments. Strong troubleshooting,



root-cause analysis, documentation, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of: Azure Infrastructure Identity and Access Management Security and Governance Automation Frameworks Enterprise Cloud Platforms Experience working with CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation. Experience supporting large-scale modernization, migration, or transformation initiatives. Experience with Power Shell or other automation tools.
