Your profile –
Academic Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial), Business Administration, or a related field.
Professional experience: No prior professional experience required; previous academic project experience is highly valued.
Technical skills Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); data entry and database management; basic analytical and reporting skills.
Languages Professional working proficiency in Spanish; basic to intermediate English.
Skills/Competences Organization, task prioritization, effective communication, teamwork, proactive problem-solving.
Your Responsabilities
Assist project managers in tracking milestones, deliverables, and timelines for the CFE multi-year contracts.
Prepare meeting agendas and minutes, and follow up on pending action items.
Support the coordination of logistics, resources,



and scheduling for field service execution.
Maintain project databases and documentation accurate and up to date.
Compile reports, status presentations, and project dashboards; manage contract documents and client correspondence.
Facilitate information flow between Project & Order Management, Procurement, and Field Service.
