We are seeking a self-sufficient

QA Engineer with strong experience in both manual and automated testing to join our new

BTG Salesforce Application Development group

. This role is critical in shaping the team's testing methodology, ensuring quality delivery during a major migration project, and helping establish scalable QA practices that support future automation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Review acceptance criteria and translate requirements into comprehensive test scenarios and test cases.

- Design, execute, and maintain both manual and automated test cases.

- Identify, document, track, and validate defects through resolution.

- Develop and execute post-production validation scripts.

- Support data migration and system migration testing efforts.

- Transition the team from informal testing practices to structured QA methodologies aligned with enterprise standards.

- Identify opportunities to automate repetitive and regression testing activities.

- Collaborate closely with developers, business stakeholders, and product owners to ensure quality throughout the development lifecycle.

- Contribute to the establishment of QA best practices, testing standards,



and automation frameworks.

- Operate independently as the primary QA resource within the team while adapting to evolving project priorities.

Requirements

- Hands-on experience with

Salesforce Sales Cloud

(moderately customized environments).

- Proficiency with

Jira and experience working in

Scrum teams

.

- Familiarity with manual testing systems;

Xray preferred.

- Background in data migration/system migration testing

.

- Experience using

AI tools

(e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT) for test case creation.

- Exposure to

QA automation platforms

(Playwright (preferred), Selenium, Cypress, or similar frameworks).

Nice-to-Have Skills

- Experience with

DocuSign CLM

.

- Experience with

SugarCRM

.

- Familiarity with browser developer tools and basic HTML/CSS/JS debugging.

- Interest in UX research or customer experience.
