We are seeking a Quality Management System Coordinator with at least 5 years of experience in the automotive industry, capable of ensuring compliance with corporate and regulatory standards through effective administration of the QMS, internal/external audits, and customer-facing activities.

This role requires advanced English proficiency due to frequent interaction with corporate teams and international clients during audits and reviews.

Responsibilities:

- Quality Management System oversight aligned with IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and ISO 14001.
- Plan and execute internal audits for system, process, and product.
- Lead customer audits including preparation of evidence, management of findings, and closure of corrective actions.
- Maintain and control QMS documentation such as procedures, work instructions, formats, and compliance matrices.
- Follow up on corrective actions derived from internal, external, and customer audits.
- Coordinate with corporate teams for compliance reviews, general audits, and reporting.
- Monitor quality KPIs and system performance.




- Ensure environmental compliance according to ISO 14001 and applicable legal requirements.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field.
- 5 years of experience in automotive quality systems, audits, or compliance.
- Strong knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and audit methodologies.
- Proven experience managing customer audits (OEM/Tier 1).
- Ability to interpret and translate regulatory requirements into internal processes.
- Advanced English (mandatory): corporate audits, global reviews, and communication with international customers.
- Experience with problem‑solving tools and document control systems.
