We are looking for a React Native Architect

(We are not looking for React developers with mobile development experience or someone who has worked on React Native and manager skills.)

Must have:

Must-Have Requirements

1. 8-10+ years of professional software engineering experience.
2. Must demonstrate recent, hands-on React Native experience building and shipping production applications.
3. Demonstrated architect-level depth in React Native, including sound understanding of React fundamentals, component and state design, and performance.
4. Prior experience as a technical lead (or equivalent), including ownership of governance, standards, and delivery. Senior-level individual contributor experience alone is not sufficient.
5. Native iOS (Swift) or Android (Kotlin) experience sufficient to build and troubleshoot native modules and platform integrations.
6. Strong JavaScript and TypeScript expertise.
7. Proven experience building and automating deployment pipelines.
8. Practical experience implementing state management solutions.




9. Ability to write working, well-structured code and complete a hands-on technical assessment.
10. Ability to clearly structure, explain, and defend technical reasoning to engineers and business stakeholders.
11. Experience leading and mentoring remote engineering teams across time zones.
12. Available to work US Mountain Time zone hours.

Nice-to-Have

- Experience writing bridge code (Kotlin or Swift native modules)
- Published NPM packages or open-source contributions
- Public GitHub repositories or a portfolio demonstrating code quality
- Hands-on React Native performance optimization experience
- Mobile testing frameworks (Jest, Detox, Appium)
- Experience leading a native-to-React Native migration
