Role Description This is half-time Real Estate Agent role based in Mexico City, Mexico, with a hybrid work model that allows a combination of on-site client visits and some work from home.

The Real Estate

Agent will manage property listings, conduct market research, and guide clients through buying, selling, and leasing processes. Daily responsibilities include meeting with clients, showing properties, preparing and reviewing contracts, coordinating negotiations, and ensuring compliance with local real estate regulations. The role also involves maintaining accurate records, collaborating with internal teams,



and delivering high-quality customer service to support clients throughout each transaction.

Qualifications

- knowledge of Real Property regulations and practices.
- Demonstrated experience in Real Estate operations, including property listing, transaction management, and market analysis.
- Strong Sales skills, with the ability to negotiate effectively and close transactions responsibly.
- Excellent Customer Service skills, including clear communication, active listening, and client relationship management.
- Proficiency in Spanish; English communication skills are an advantage.
- Familiarity with the Mexico City real estate market and local legal requirements.
- Comfort with digital tools and CRM systems for managing leads, listings, and documentation.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple clients, and adapt to a hybrid work environment.
- Previous experience as a real estate agent or in a sales-focused role is not important.
