Job Title: Remote Client Service Associate

Location: Remote | Mexico

Salary Range: Up to USD 1,200 per month.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM US Eastern time. Availability for evenings, weekends and holidays may be required.

Position Overview

Coordinate customer service requests, service partners and ticket follow-up for a US-based service operation. You will help customers get timely answers and keep operational records accurate.

Key Responsibilities

- Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email and web portals.
- Schedule services and enter or update work orders.
- Follow open tickets through resolution and keep customers informed.
- Investigate invoice or payment questions with service partners.




- Escalate urgent problems, validate records and support operational projects.

Qualifications

- High school diploma and at least two years of customer service experience.
- Experience entering a high volume of transactions accurately.
- Microsoft Office and Excel proficiency.
- Clear communication, strong organization and practical problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently and handle sensitive information responsibly.

Nice-to-Haves

- A bachelor's degree is preferred.
