About us

Cash Collectors is the free sales training program from Sequ3nce, a sales performance platform for remote closers. People sign up for the training and ask for a call. Our dial team calls them and gets them set up on our software.

What you'll do

- Claim new leads in Slack and call them within 60 seconds
- Read our script word for word
- Close a Sequ3nce plan on the same call
- No cold lists. Everyone you call asked for the call

Shifts (choose one, 5 days a week)
- Morning: 06:00 to 14:00 UTC
- Evening: 14:00 to 22:00 UTC (9am to 5pm US Eastern)
- Asia-Pacific: 22:00 to 06:00 UTC (9am to 5pm Sydney, 6am to 2pm Manila)

Requirements
- Fluent spoken English (accents are fine)
- Laptop, headset, stable internet and a quiet room
- One full 8 hour shift, 5 days a week
- Willing to read a script word for word
- Able to start within one week of an offer
- No sales experience needed. We train you

KPIs
- 20 deals a week (4 a shift)
- 4.5 hours of talk time and 100 dials a shift
- First dial to a new lead within 60 seconds
- First 14 days: judged on effort, at least 3 hours of talk time a day

Pay Commission only, no base. Paid per deal from your first deal, invoiced twice a month.
- Tier 1: $15 to $220 per deal depending on the plan
- Tier 2: up to $270 per deal. Kicks in each month once you pass $20,000 in cash collected, and resets on the 1st

At 20 deals a week the team average is about $9,000 a month. Month one is usually $4,000 to $6,500 while you ramp. These figures are earning potential, not a guarantee. This is not for everyone

Dialing is hard work. If you want everything handed to you, this isn't for you.



If you want to get really good at sales and get paid well for it, it's one of the best ways to do it.
