Job Title: Remote Regional Sourcing Team Lead

Location: Remote | Mexico

Salary Range: USD 2,000 per month.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM US Eastern time.

Position Overview

Manage regional service sourcing, vendor relationships and operational work queues. You will help a regional manager maintain service standards, resolve vendor issues and improve the performance of a waste and recycling service network.

Key Responsibilities

- Support regional work queues, service-level commitments and performance targets.
- Procure services and develop productive vendor relationships.
- Investigate service issues, billing questions and vendor escalations.
- Coordinate with account management and vendor relations teams on provider performance.
- Maintain vendor pricing,



market and service information and improve processes.

Qualifications

- A bachelor's degree and at least two years of professional experience.
- Vendor relationship management and strong follow-through with suppliers and internal teams.
- Process or project management, organization and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Outlook.
- Clear written and spoken communication and the ability to own multiple priorities.

Nice-to-Haves

- Hauler relationship management or waste and recycling industry experience.
