Role Description This is a full-time, remote role for a Spanish Teacher within YP Lingua, the education brand of YPE.

The Spanish

Teacher will deliver engaging online lessons to learners at different proficiency levels, focusing on communication skills, grammar, vocabulary, and cultural awareness. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and organizing lessons, developing or adapting curriculum materials, assigning and reviewing homework, and providing individualized feedback to support learner progress. The role also involves tutoring learners who need extra support, tracking performance,



and adjusting teaching strategies as needed.

The teacher will collaborate with the education team to improve course offerings, ensure high-quality learning experiences, and may participate in community-focused language initiatives.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Spanish Teaching and Teaching, with the ability to instruct learners at beginner to advanced levels.
- Ability to create structured, engaging learning experiences through Lesson Planning and Curriculum Development.
- Experience providing one-on-one or small group support through Tutoring, with a focus on learner progress.
- High level of proficiency in Spanish (near-native or native) and strong command of English for instruction and communication.
- Prior experience teaching Spanish online or in-person, preferably with diverse age groups or backgrounds.
- Comfort with digital tools and virtual classroom platforms, and reliable access to a stable internet connection.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Relevant degree or certification in Spanish, Education, Linguistics, or a related field is preferred.
- Alignment with YPE’s social impact mission and willingness to contribute to community-oriented language initiatives.
