ntugo, in partnership with a foreign company specialized in legal firm services, is looking for you

Your role:

Identify customer needs over the phone to determine and offer appropriate solutions

.

Utilize sales techniques to effectively persuade clients to acquire firm services

.

Build lasting relationships through consistent, secure, and thoughtful customer service

.

What you need:

Native Spanish speaker with conversational English skills

.

Full-time availability for assigned shifts

.

Results-oriented attitude with a strong focus on teamwork

.

Visible Gross Monthly Salary: $15,000.00 MXN

.

What you’ll get:

Commissions: $5 USD per appointment set (paid weekly)

.

Key benefits: $1,000 monthly food vouchers

.

Time off: 5 PTO days per year

.

Schedule: 5 days of work and 2 days off (shifts within the 6:00 AM – 9:00 PM window)

.

Location: Hermosillo (On-site / Girasol)
