Senior-level BA/PM responsible for demand intake, requirements gathering, user story development, backlog readiness, sprint coordination, documentation, status reporting, and stakeholder management. This individual will work closely with Jason's team and the delivery team, serving as the primary liaison between business and technical stakeholders. Strong organizational skills, customer-facing experience, and the ability to understand business needs and translate them into actionable outcomes are critical.
ServiceNow CSA certification is required; CIS certification is preferred.
