* 1. Position Overview *

Responsible for coordinating and monitoring cleaning and personnel transportation services, ensuring service quality, client satisfaction, and effective communication with clients and subcontractors. Also supports administrative activities related to these services.

* 2. Key Responsibilities *

A. Cleaning Services

- Monitor daily cleaning operations and service quality.
- Follow up on client requests, complaints, and issues.
- Coordinate corrective actions with subcontractors.
- Ensure compliance with client requirements.

B. Personnel Transportation

- Monitor transportation services to ensure safety, punctuality, and reliability.
- Follow up on client requests, incidents, and complaints.
- Coordinate with transportation subcontractors to resolve operational issues.
- Monitor service performance and identify improvements.

C. Administrative Activities

- Prepare operational reports and maintain documentation.
- Follow up on invoices, quotations, contracts, and other administrative matters.
- Coordinate with internal departments and subcontractors.
- Monitor service costs and compliance with contractual requirements.

D. Client and Subcontractor Relations

- Maintain good relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.




- Act as the main contact for service requests and follow-up.
- Communicate clearly and professionally in English and Spanish.

* 3. Qualifications and Requirements *

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Language: Fluent English, written and spoken.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal and client service skills.
- Organization: Good planning, follow-up, and administrative skills.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to resolve issues and coordinate corrective actions.
- Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Personal Skills: Proactive, responsible, organized, and results-oriented.

* 4. Preferred Experience *

- Experience in Facility Management, Operations, or Service Coordination.
- Experience managing cleaning or personnel transportation services.
- Experience working with clients and subcontractors.
- Knowledge of operational reports and service performance indicators.
