We are two U.
S.-based real estate brands focused on helping homeowners understand and navigate situations such as foreclosure, pre-foreclosure, probate, and property sales. We are looking for someone to help us build our digital presence and inbound marketing strategy from the ground up. Responsibilities
• Develop and execute content strategies for social media, blogs, and eventually YouTube.
• Develop buyer personas and customer journeys based on our presente target audiences.
• Create educational content in both Spanish and English, with an SEO-focused approach.
• Coordinate content efforts with our CRM and lead-generation workflows.
• Track key metrics related to reach, engagement, and lead generation.
• Support the creation of lead magnets, marketing campaigns, and conversion-focused materials. Requirements
• Proven experience in inbound marketing and digital marketing.
• Previous experience in the real estate industry — required or highly preferred.




• Experience managing social media and content creation tools, with a basic understanding of SEO preferred.
• Native or advanced Spanish and advanced English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work independently and stay organized in a remote work environment.
• Availability and interest in growing into a full-time role as the project develops. Nice to Have (Not Required)
• Experience working with CRMs.
• Experience with video production or AI-powered content creation tools.
• Knowledge of foreclosure, probate, or legal processes related to real estate in the U.
S.
