Mroads is looking for a "Talent Acquisition Specialist/Recruiter – (English and Spanish)" for one of our direct clients in Mexico, City, Mexico.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the recruitment process from sourcing through onboarding.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, internal databases, and other channels.
- Review resumes, conduct initial screening, and assess candidates against job requirements.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain regular communication with candidates and hiring managers.
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future requirements.
- Maintain accurate candidate information and recruitment activity in the ATS.
- Support offer coordination, documentation, and onboarding activities.
- Manage multiple open positions while meeting hiring timelines and targets.




- Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- 2+ years of recruiting/talent acquisition experience.
- Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
- Experience with technical/IT or professional recruiting is preferred.
- Strong sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate relationship skills.
- Experience with LinkedIn, job boards, ATS/CRM systems, and Boolean search.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
