Join us as a Trainee in our Customer Service department

What you need?

- Must be a student in a field such as International Business, Foreign Trading, Business Administration, Transport Engineering, International Commercial Relations, External Commerce and Customs or equivalent.
- Proficiency in English (advanced written and spoken is a must).
- Strong Excel skills (spreadsheets, formulas, pivot tables).
- A customer focus mindset and initiative in problem-solving.
- Analytical skills and proactive approach.
- Availability during the morning hours (our activity schedule for our interns runs from 8:00 am to 1:00 pm on Monday through Friday).
- The internship program lasts between 6 months and 1 year.
- Hiring is handled directly by Hapag-Lloyd Mexico (with no external agencies involved).
