Technical Skills:

- Full-stack development with TypeScript, React/Next.js, Node.js, and modern web frameworks
- Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), semantic search, and enterprise knowledge management
- API design and integration using REST, GraphQL, and event-driven architectures
- AI application development using Claude Code, Anthropic APIs, and agent-based architectures
- Microsoft Entra ID (Azure Active Directory) and Microsoft Graph integration
- Jira Service Management integration and workflow automation
- Enterprise search, document indexing, and content ingestion pipelines
- Data integration across structured and unstructured sources (SharePoint, Confluence, databases, file repositories, etc.)
- Cloud platform experience (preferably Azure) including security, authentication, and application deployment
- Strong software engineering practices including Git, CI/CD, testing, monitoring, and observability





Responsabilities:Develop and suppport the new AI application for:

- Add support for Technology, Compliance, Communications, and other teams as the platform expands.
- Continue improving the overall employee experience by reducing the time it takes to find answers and get support.
- Build new capabilities and services on top of the platform as additional use cases are identified.
- Help employees find forms, resources, policies, and process information without jumping between multiple sites.
- Add the ability for employees to look up people, teams, managers, and subject matter experts.
