Our privacy-first approach (anonymization and strong safeguards) keeps information safe and aligned with local and international regulations.

The role

We're looking for a senior, hands-on engineer to help us build our first product. You'll work end to end, from APIs and pipelines to simple internal tools, shipping fast while keeping things clean and safe. If you enjoy turning rough ideas into working software with a small team, you'll feel at home here.

What you'll do

- Build and ship our MVP across backend, APIs and lightweight front-end tools
- Design and maintain reliable pipelines to move and process information securely
- Turn early product ideas into working features in short cycles
- Write clean, tested and well-documented code
- Collaborate closely with the founders and future teammates on priorities
- Help set up the foundations: tooling,

CI/CD and good engineering habits

What you bring

- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience
- Strong backend skills (Python, Node.js/TypeScript or similar)
- Experience with relational databases and API design
- Experience building data or processing pipelines
- A startup mindset: ownership, speed and comfort with little structure
- Care for security and privacy in everyday engineering
- Fluent English

Nice to have

- Front-end experience (React or similar)
- Experience with GCP or AWS and containers
- Exposure to AI/ML workflows

Why join

Be one of the first engineers, see your work in production quickly, work remotely across the Americas, and help connect Latin America with frontier AI labs.

Compensation: USD 6,000–8,000 per month, contractor engagement.

Hiring process: intro call, technical conversation or exercise, chat with the founders, offer (about 2–3 weeks).
