Cali Wear SD is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented person to help remotely monitor our retail stores and employee performance.
This position requires weekend availability, including Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. You will work remotely and help management make sure our stores are operating properly and employees are staying productive and following company procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor multiple retail store locations remotely using store cameras and company systems.
- Review employee performance, productivity, customer service, and sales activity.
- Make sure employees are actively helping customers and staying focused on their responsibilities.
- Monitor employee phone usage and unnecessary time spent away from the sales floor.
- Make sure employees follow company policies and store procedures.
- Check that stores are clean, organized, and properly maintained.
- Review sales performance and identify employees or locations that need improvement.
- Communicate with employees and managers when issues need immediate attention.
- Prepare daily reports for management about store activity, employee performance, and any problems observed.
- Follow up on assigned tasks to make sure they are completed.
- Help management improve store operations and employee accountability.
Requirements:
- Must be available to work weekends.
- Strong communication and observation skills.
- Comfortable monitoring multiple locations and employees.
- Organized and able to provide clear reports.
- Able to work independently without constant supervision.
- Retail, management, HR, customer service, or operations experience is preferred.
- Comfortable using computers, Google Workspace, cameras, and online communication tools.
- Must have reliable high-speed internet and a dependable computer.
- Must be able to work during our required business hours.
- working 40 hours per week
