- Lead Internal Control governance and ensure compliance with ICFR requirements across the Americas.

- Perform control assessments, testing, and follow-up on remediation actions.

- Identify risks and control gaps, driving process improvements and mitigation initiatives.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen governance and enhance controls.

The Successful Applicant

- Min 5-6 years of experience in roles of internal control or audits.

- Solid knowledge of internal control, risk management, and financial processes.

- Advanced level of english.

- Background experience in GBS/SSC is preferred.

- Previous experience at a Big Four is preferred.
