Key Responsibilities:

- Supervision & Leadership: Assist in leading and motivating the team to achieve daily operational goals and deliver outstanding customer service.
- Training & Development: Train new team members on pizza-making, food safety, and customer service standards.
- Operational Support: Ensure the kitchen and front-of-house areas are clean, organized, and comply with health and safety regulations.
- Customer Service: Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive dining experience.
- Inventory Management: Help manage inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
- Sales Performance: Support sales initiatives and promotional activities to drive revenue and increase customer loyalty.

Qualifications:





- High school diploma or equivalent; prior restaurant experience preferred.
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends.
