Position Objective

Develop and implement occupational health and industrial hygiene strategies across operations to promote employee well-being, prevent workplace health risks, and strengthen medical services, in alignment with the company’s values and business priorities.

Main Responsibilities

- Develop and oversee occupational health programs aligned with the company’s HSE strategy and recognized industry practices.
- Lead and develop medical and multidisciplinary teams, strengthening technical expertise, leadership skills, and a people-centered approach to care.
- Guide the identification, assessment, and control of workplace health risks in collaboration with HSE and operational teams.
- Ensure compliance with applicable occupational health regulations and internal standards across operations.
- Oversee medical evaluation programs, including pre-employment and periodic examinations, ensuring consistent implementation across sites.




- Strengthen the capabilities of HSE leaders and supervisors to conduct occupational health and industrial hygiene audits and inspections.
- Coordinate medical emergency preparedness and response to protect employees and support business continuity.
- Drive occupational health and industrial hygiene improvement projects, introducing best practices and ensuring sustained implementation.

Position Requirements

- Degree in Medicine.
- Master’s degree in Occupational Health or a specialization in Occupational Medicine.
- At least five years of experience in each of the following areas: occupational health program management, health project management, occupational health regulatory compliance, medical services management, and industrial hygiene.
- Five years of experience developing occupational health and well-being strategies.
- Advanced English proficiency.
