Digging into Data: You'll review case details, analyze the situation, and keep our CRM organized and up to date.
Finding Solutions: You will manage leads and use your negotiation skills to resolve compliance issues effectively.
Sharing Knowledge: You'll help us document processes and create reports to make the team stronger.
IS THIS YOU?
(REQUIREMENTS)
Experience: You have at least 1 year of experience in customer service, sales, or compliance.
Location: You are currently living in LATAM.
Language: You have excellent English skills (both written and spoken).
You'll be communicating with international partners, so fluency is key.
Tech Stack: You are comfortable using Excel/Google Sheets and learning new CRM software.
Equipment (BYOD): As this is a contractor role, you must have your own reliable laptop/computer, a headset for calls, and a stable internet connection.
